Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries, including mining, transport, and food processing. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular visits and online meetings. Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of wastewater treatment, odour control, and oil spill management products and systems. Sales Process Management: Leverage CRM tools to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and follow up on projects. Adhere to a structured sales process to drive conversions efficiently. Collaboration and Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams for seamless delivery of products. Develop strategic action plans with the Sales Manager to overcome competitive challenges. About You You are a results-driven sales professional with a strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in environmental and industrial solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Proven sales experience, ideally within industrial or environmental services. Technical capability and willingness to learn about water, odour, and oil spill management systems. Understanding of wastewater treatment processes and environmental compliance (beneficial). Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
