Full-time opportunity for Chef in a busy regional hotel kitchen in Wallaroo, SA.
Applicant should be qualified, and have excellent communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Manages all activities associated with food services.
- Cooks and presents the dishes attractively and creatively according to the procedures necessary to maintain nutrition related to vegetables and meats.
- Capable of directing and organising kitchen staff in the correct preparation, garnishing, and serving of meals.
- Recruit and hire staff, including cooks and other kitchen workers.
- Training and induction of new and existing staff.
- Ensures meals are presented to the required standards of the hotel.
- Capable of costing, producing and managing a menu and or Function menu.
