About the role
Our Nursing Team are searching for quality and positive Nursing staff who have passion and experience to deliver a positive and happier environment to our clients and participants in their daily living adventures. You will be responsible for advocating and ensuring the best quality of care is given to our clients for ongoing services across various shifts in the community while being supported by trained professional. We seek those who have a holistic approach with compassion, dedication and enjoy building relationships with our clients to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
What your day will look like
* Ensure clients arrive to appointments on time
* Assist clients to achieve their activities of daily living (Personal care)
* Deliver high quality services in a home environment
* Implementing interventions as per their care plan
* Document in cloud-based client software
* Medication assist
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
* Domestic assistance

* Qualification and experience
* Current Working with Childrens Check
* Police Check
* Current NDIS Worker screening check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Evidence of current flu vaccination
* Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations
* Experienced in working within facility and/or in community environment.
* Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
* Excellent communication skills
