In this role you would be at the forefront of our stakeholder relationships, driving growth, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service delivery.You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective and award-worthy work.As a Group Business Director, you will play a key strategic role in guiding and influencing your senior stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure both the agency and client needs are met, while leading a tight-knit team. Your role will be pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships, growth and maximizing stakeholder satisfaction.Reporting into the Chief Client Partner your role will involve:Client Relationships Management: Partner, build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with your key stakeholders. Act as their advocate within the agency and the voice of Leo Burnett’s externally, and ensure needs are met with high-quality innovative solutions.Strategic Planning / Creative Direction: Collaborate with and guide your stakeholders to identify their business and strategic goals, while contributing, supporting and evaluating creative work that aligns with these goals.Campaign Management: Brief, collaborate and oversee the implementation and delivery of integrated campaigns across your client portfolio.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with your internal teams of experienced strategists, creatives, and producers to develop integrated solutions that exceed your clients' expectations, while also partnering with the executive team on new business prospects/opportunities.Financial Management: Oversee, maintain and ensure portfolio profitability and identify opportunities for efficiencies and implementation of effective processes.Leadership: Guide, mentor and develop your high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages professional growth and development.QualificationsThe person we’re looking for has:8+ years’ experience in Account Management, preferably within an advertising communications agency environment.Excellent stakeholder management techniques - you have the prior knowledge and experience to guide senior stakeholders and are happy to go the extra mile for your clients.Confident and influential – you enjoy bringing your strong strategic and creative point of view to the table.You genuinely love effective creative and want to sell in the greatest and boldest work.Superb organisational techniques, you enjoy working in a tight-knit, highly engaged team.This role is full-time/part-time negotiable.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us:Partner with the best clients in Australia: ANZ Bank, Destination NSW, Suncorp, Bundaberg Rum, Superloop, HBF, Johnnie Walker, Red Rooster and Vitasoy to name a few.Make the best work of your career: We believe in the power of creativity to transform human behaviour.
