Foster a child-centered learning environment, adapting teaching methods to suit each child's strengths, abilities, and needs. Promote and maintain the health, safety, and well-being of children, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators, promoting professional growth and collaboration. Build strong partnerships with families and engage with the local community. Qualification & Experience Qualification & Experience Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience required in Early Childhood education centre or similar facilities. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Ability to develop and implement child-centered programs for holistic development. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families, and team members. Leadership and mentoring skills to support and guide other educators. Compliance with health and safety standards, including first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt learning methods to individual needs. Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing safe learning environments.
