About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Claims Consultant to join our team and manage a reduced Group income protection and TPD claims portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct file reviews to ensure accurate assessments and effective claim outcomes
* Provide strategy advice to claims consultants to optimize claim processing and management
Requirements
* Strong experience in income protection claims assessments, preferably in group or retail life insurance
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
