In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, managing logistical coordination for all training activities, and helping drive engagement through continuous learning and development.

What You'll Be DoingTraining Delivery: Facilitate engaging workshops (both in-person and virtual) sessions for our people. You'll be key in updating and enhancing our current content library, along with developing new training materials.Coordination & Support: Oversee logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and ensuring smooth execution. Help manage our internal training calendar to ensure everything runs seamlessly.Employee Engagement: Find ways to engage employees in L&D programs with energy and enthusiasm. Create a positive environment where employees feel motivated and eager to participate.Skills Gap Identification: Assess employee training needs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of People Development and the broader people team to identify opportunities for program improvements and drive operational efficiency.Tracking Success: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and making recommendations for ongoing improvements.Who We're Looking ForExperience in Recruitment or sales training.Engaging and Approachable: You are someone who can connect with people, energize them, and make them feel comfortable.
