ANC is looking for a reliable Delivery Professional who will be responsible for last mile delivery. In this position, you will be delivering pet products to customers' homes for Australia's Largest Online Pet Shop using a 2T Long Wheelbase high roof van. Working Monday to Friday.
In a day of a Delivery Professional, you’ll be…
* Safely loading freight onsite following ANC & client guidelines from Fyshwick ACT from 5.30am
* Securing Loads Following ANC and client guidelines
* Delivering customer purchases in the last mile around Metro Canberra, but most of all delivering smiles all over Australia
* Providing a quality customer experience representing ANC and our clients in a professional manner
* Ensuring your commitment to ANC safety standards
* Owning your results from customer experiences monitored through our feedback platforms

You have a friendly and enthusiastic personality along with a reliable work ethic. Someone who is customer-focused and loves going that extra mile for that extra smile.
A must have to begin your journey with ANC:
* Full-time unrestricted Australian work rights
* A Company ABN (Pty Ltd)
* Commercial Vehicle – 2T Van - long wheelbase, high roof
* Minimum 1 year's experience in logistics or courier work in a similar role preferred
* Problem-solving skills & attention to detail
* Great time management
* Exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude
