Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria: A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience, demonstrating competencies at the AHP2 level. Ongoing professional development in line with AASW guidelines. Proven ability to coordinate and manage a complex caseload within a multidisciplinary context. Experience in applying social work principles to facilitate recovery and change for consumers and their families. Strong collaborative skills, including the ability to advocate for consumers and develop supportive networks. Knowledge of local resources to ensure consumers have access to relevant services. Commitment to cultural safety and awareness, particularly in working with Aboriginal communities.
