Your Responsibilities
The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency.
* Service customer enquiries and secure FX deals
* Build customer rapport and repeat business
* Daily branch duties
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
* Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with customers
* A flair for sales and ability to promote our services while working towards targets
* Self-motivation, an energetic attitude, and adherence to procedures
* Ability to work under pressure
* Eligibility to work in Australia

Working Arrangements
This is a casual position working hours in line with operational requirements. Our stores operate 7 days a week in line with retail operating hours. Availability to work on weekends and Thursdays is required.
