As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient, effective, and high-quality support to our CEO. The position demands versatility, involving various responsibilities such as diary management, coordination of meetings, minute-taking, overseeing and monitoring three inboxes, proofreading, reviewing, and editing documents, as well as organising functions.Key Responsibilities:Diary Management: Efficiently organise and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritisation of tasks.Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the seamless execution of meetings, from scheduling to preparation, and support the CEO in maintaining effective communication channels.Document Management: Take charge of proofreading, reviewing, and editing documents to uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Inbox Management: Monitor and manage three inboxes, ensuring timely responses and prioritising communication effectively.Event Organisation: Coordinate and organise functions, showcasing strong organisational skills and attention to detail.To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, providing executive and high-level office administration support.A proactive "can-do" approach, coupled with a strong client service focus, to meet and exceed expectations.Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work well under pressure, managing competing priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.The capability to build effective professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Superior computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Resilience and a high level of professionalism to navigate challenges with poise and composure.If you are an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for delivering outstanding administrative support in a diverse and engaging environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
