Job Description
The 36 bed Acute Medical Ward is seeking experienced registered and enrolled nurses with strong clinical skills to join our dedicated team. Our patient's complaints are primarily acute general medical, respiratory, and cardiology. We also provide end-of-life care needs.
Your Responsibilities
Provide evidenced-based nursing care; Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team; Ensure patient and staff safety; Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care; Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs; Sound clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills; Practice with a patient-centred care approach; Demonstrated team leader skills is a bonus; Work well independently and within a team.
