Reporting to the Head of Brokerage, you will identify, develop, build, manage and deliver sales targets via management of relationships with new and existing clients, generation of new sales leads, and maintaining relationships with new contacts to drive revenues and profits within the guidelines set by the company.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Hunt for new business relationship including business institution, fund manager, and other referral opportunities.
2. Build and maintain rapport with existing clients and identify any further sales opportunities.
3. Preparing periodic business reports.
4. Managing online communications with clients through various social media channels.
5. Liaise with internal team to produce best service for clients.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
1. At least 3-5 years working experience in CFD and FX brokers or similar.
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must.
3. Ability to source for leads and potential institutional clients or partnership.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
6. Experience working to and exceeding targets.
7. Strong passion in this industry and enjoy working with people.
8. Able to build rapport with institutions and other business clients.
