We are more than just automotive retailing; we are a multi-faceted cohort of great people doing great things.About the role:Eagers Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team at our brand new Automall dealership in Osborne Park.Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is integral to the administration support of the Service Departments within the Automall Osborne Park supporting several brands and manufacturers.It is the role of the Warranty Administrator to process all documentation relating to the warranty repairs of vehicles whilst within warranty period. It's imperative that the Warranty Administrator always maintains a professional attitude and deal with Warranty issues in a timely manner.This includes:Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturerKeep valid, current and legible records of all claims submittedMaintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requestedSubmit transport and hidden damage claimsComplete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties if Manager requiresWorking across multiple brands and manufacturers.About you:We are looking for someone with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the desire to deliver exceptional customer service!
