Your role’s day-to-day functions will be varied as you cover projects ranging from mining to wastewater treatment facilities.
Your Challenge
You will provide engineering support for control systems in manufactured equipment and on-site support and commissioning of equipment controlled by PLCs and variable-speed drives.
Your responsibilities will include developing software, commissioning, testing, warranty work, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
Additionally, you will travel to client locations across NSW and receive a competitive salary package that includes paid overtime.
This position offers the flexibility to be based in either Newcastle or Mackay.

What you bring
You will have a strong understanding of PLC and SCADA Systems.
You will have a positive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
You will hold either an electrical trade or a relevant degree, such as electrical engineering or mechatronics.
