Project Manager - Building & Construction
The role of Project Manager is to oversee the management of a project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing projects across various disciplines, including civil engineering, roads, water, bridges, and subdivisions.
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring project and construction programs are aligned with schedules and budgets.
* Leading project teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
* Maintaining a safe working environment and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Degree in an engineering-related field (not mandatory).
* Proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects worth over $5M in value, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
