Our client is a highly reputable Accounting practice, with multiple locations throughout Melbourne. Our client based in the Ringwood office are looking for a bright Receptionist / Administrator to join their friendly team and be the face of the business.
Chinese speaking capabilities are highly advantageous for this role.
Our client would consider someone on a part time basis.
Your duties may include:
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Answering phones
* Email correspondence with internal and external parties
* Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
* Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
* Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
* Collating tax returns and lodgements of income tax returns through the ATO portal
* Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
* Stationary and consumable ordering
* Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
About You
* 1 year + experience working in a public practice firm is essential
* Chinese speaking capabilities is highly advantageous
* Confident in software such as XERO
* Highly organised
* Quicker learner
