Integratedliving operates a fantastic Customer Service Centre based in Carrington. We are currently seeking to expand our team with the addition of customer service superstars!
Our Customer Service Officers (CSO’s) provide contact support to our current and potential new clients, community vendors and Support Workers in the field. CSO’s are the first point of contact for information on services, packages, and all things integratedliving.
* Part Time position!
* Monday, Wednesday Friday 8am-4pm
* Do you have exceptional customer service skills?
* Can you sensitively take a compliant from a distressed person?
* Can you quickly and accurately record a brief summary of conversations in a database?
* Are you looking for flexible hour shifts? Maybe you need to work around your family commitments, your children’s school hours or your own study schedule.
* Do you understand that some people need assistance, even when they are not having the best days?
