The Role: Recruitment and Apprenticeship Management: Look after the end-to-end recruitment process, including processing sponsorships, managing apprenticeship programs, and facilitating RPL (Recognised Prior Learning). Performance and Talent Development: Assist with performance reviews, update and manage the training matrix, schedule and book training and medicals, and offer safety assistance and training. HR Advisory and Employee Relations: Administer general HR advice, manage complaints and investigations to ensure a harmonious and compliant working environment. Strategic HR Initiatives: Set up and maintain the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), define and manage the award system. Your Profile: Previous experience as a HR Manager within construction or a similar industry. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
