What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Manager, your expertise will be key to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your day-to-day will include:
4. Understanding Business Needs : Collaborate closely with clients to assess their unique requirements and guide them toward best practices.
5. Design & Implementation : Lead the design, development, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that exceed client expectations.
6. Client Engagement : Facilitate interactive workshops and provide training sessions, empowering clients to make the most of their new systems.
7. Project Leadership : Drive project delivery, manage resources and timelines, and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
8. Ongoing Support : Offer ongoing strategic advice and build lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted consultant.
9. Process Improvement : Identify automation opportunities and recommend efficiencies in HR and payroll processes.
10. Integration & Reporting : Oversee data migration, reporting, analytics, and third-party integrations.
About You:
You’re a motivated professional with a business or technical background, ideally in HRIS or payroll systems, and you’re excited to transition into consulting. Key qualifications include:
11. Business Expertise : A solid understanding of HR, payroll, or business operations, especially within Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.
12. Technical Know-How : Familiarity with Oracle’s security model, data models, Fast Formulas, and BI tools is a plus.
13. Analytical Mindset : You’re proactive in identifying solutions and approaching challenges strategically.
14. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
15. Client Focus : A collaborative spirit, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
