Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) At ETS, we're not just hiring anyone—we're looking for the one who will help us continue providing exceptional service while growing alongside us.This isn't about filling a position; it's about finding the right person for our team.About the role: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent customer service skills?We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team!Key Responsibilities: Answer Service Desk phone calls and manage allocated tickets according to our Support processing protocol.Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from level 1.Maintain Active Directory (on-prem & Entra), Microsoft 365, and internal Asset Register.Configure and maintain MDM tools (Intune & Airwatch).Assist with systems administration tasks where required.Participate in project work for improvements within IT Services team. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in system/network administration or IT support.Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022 support and troubleshooting.Strong technical knowledge of common hardware and software.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management.Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and mobile device management.Experience working with Cisco Meraki is also highly regarded.
