The Company
My client is one of the largest Insurer's in the market that has a global footprint. With a growing Life Insurance division, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Claims Assessor to grow with the business.
The Role
* Manage and assess a reduced portfolio of Group TPD & IP claims in the lump sum team
* Execute key projects and reviews
* Mentor and train a team of Claims Assessors
* Act as a reference point for technical or escalated claims
* Sign off on large-sum claim decisions
* Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
* Initiate claims investigations

About You
* Currently working as a Senior Claims Assessor within Life Insurance
* Strong technical understanding of the Life Insurance market and products
* Self-sufficient and self-motivated
* Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
* Ability to provide guidance and direction to teams and individuals
