About the role
The role of Project Support Officer is to be responsible for providing efficient coordination and control support to project participants including support to bidders, vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients, and providing administrative support services to assigned projects and team members.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Certificate IV in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, combined with ongoing professional development.
* Experience in the provision of project support within water, construction, maintenance, or civil industries, with the ability to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and management support.
* Document control experience in an engineering project environment or data management environment using an electronic document management system.
Other important information
* The salary range for this position ranges between $63.6k - $76.4k plus 11.5% superannuation.
* This is a Permanent full-time role.
* This role will be able to access a 9-day fortnight.
* We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days work from home and 3 days on-site.
* This role is located at the Erina Works Depot.
* Successful candidates will be required to have vaccinations against Tetanus.
