MSWA, a leading provider of disability services, is expanding our Community Support Team and we’re offering exciting permanent part-time and casual opportunities!
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be the difference for individuals and families, delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes across the metro area.
This is your chance to bring your skills and passion to enhance the lives of our clients as they go about their daily routines. We’re looking for caring and empathetic support workers to join us across Perth Metro, from Butler to Golden Bay!
We’re currently building our Relief Pool of Support Workers, and we need people with ongoing flexibility to cover a variety of shifts from early mornings though to evening and we are particularly busy over the Christmas Period.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being.
* Assist with medication administration.
* Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
* Facilitate social access and leisure activities.
* Tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
What You’ll Bring:
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
