Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice and assistance to Management & Supervisory teams on human resource issues
2. Support employees on human resource issues or queries
3. Ensure employee records are maintained and kept up to date
4. Provide advice and support for completion of internal disciplinary investigations
5. Complete ad-hoc projects as and when required
Qualifications and Profile:
6. Third level qualification in Human Resources
7. Strong understanding and knowledge of employment legislation
8. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in a Manufacturing or Engineering setting
