As a UX/UI Design Analyst in our Assurance Digital team your impact will be seen by: Engaging with stakeholders across the Assurance business to understand how they work and to gather UX/UI requirements for the development of digital products and automation solutions. Facilitating experience design workshops to gather requirements and test ideas with end-users. Applying conceptual thinking to create world-class digital solutions, cleverly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities. Transforming complicated processes and concepts into simple, intuitive user flows using tools like Figma and Lucidspark. Designing user interfaces that simplify interactions with technology for our people, including the creation of sketches and wireframes through to pixel perfect mock-ups using tools like Figma. Collaborating with the technical team on feasibility analysis of proposed ideas and solutions. Testing and validating your designs after they are implemented by our development team. Applying your creativity to help increase the adoption and reach of our products. About you You have a background in UX design and business analysis for digital products, and you are skilled in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, user interface design and have extensive industry knowledge of current digital design standards and trends. You have exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence and a passion for designing great software. Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Assurance team solve complex business issues, improve how systems work and provide confidence on the bigger decisions.
