Position Overview Ecojoule Energy is seeking a dynamic, hands-on financial leader to manage our operational finance functions while providing essential support to the Finance Director. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, balancing detailed day-to-day financial management with key project and HR support initiatives. You will oversee month-end reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, grant documentation, payroll review, KPI monitoring, and more—ensuring our financial and operational processes are robust and aligned with company goals.
