About this roleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team. About You ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail (preferably in the jewellery sector).? A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.? Experience in engaging with high-end clientele is highly advantageous.? Effective communication skills and a proactive team player.? Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving role requirements.? Proficiency in new software and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.? Outstanding interpersonal skills, active listening skills, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.? A genuine passion for luxury products and a discerning eye for aesthetics.?
