Our Workplace Services team within our Corporate Services division is currently seeking to appoint a Workplace Systems Administrator to join their collaborative team. The role is responsible for the operation and support of the organisation’s workplace systems through the provision of configuration, administration, technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.
The key to this role is ensuring a positive customer experience through the effective operation of our workplace technology platforms to meet customers' needs. This role will be identify any gaps in delivery, forward planning, coordinate maintenance activities and provide initial fault diagnosis.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including our technology division to drive successful outcomes across workplace systems.
About You
Experience in a similar role in the support of video conferencing systems, conference rooms and ICT networks will see you succeed in this role. Experience using system such as Serraview, Cisco Webex Hub, resource booking systems, visitor management and building access control is preferred. You have excellent customer services skills, be solutions focused and be adept at managing service support and reporting in an organised and systemic way.
