The Division provides solution based, and outcome driven internal services to support and enable park management. About the role: Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, this role is responsible for developing and delivering change strategies and plans that enable successful adoption of both large and small-scale initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with project leads and leadership teams, you will consult on and support the creation of tailored change, communication, and training plans that drive adoption and integration. This includes engaging stakeholders to assess impacts, address risks, and equip teams with the necessary tools for a seamless transition. You will lead and support a dynamic portfolio of change initiatives within our Corporate Services Division, including the People & Risk Team, Finance, IT, and Procurement, focusing on change across processes, systems, and people. This role centres on driving efficiencies and improvements in support services to enhance outcomes for our operational teams and the broader organisation, delivering impactful changes that align with Gardens Victoria's goals and strategic outcomes. Ideally, you will have a solid foundation in change management, with experience across one or more areas, and be looking to work on a broad portfolio. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for developing and implementing change plans that enable smooth adoption of both large- and small-scale organisational initiatives, spanning people, processes, and systems. Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from various sources and present findings through analysis and reports. An end-user-centric approach, collaborating closely with project leads and end-users to integrate change management activities, creating cohesive plans that incorporate change, communication, and training. A proactive focus on engaging stakeholders at all levels, aligning them with change efforts through clear communication, impact assessments, and structured feedback channels.
