We are seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator / Web Producer with over 2 + years of experience to implement and manage our incoming projects, campaigns, and product launches on the clients' websites.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead incoming projects, campaigns, and product launches, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions regarding project planning and overall direction.Scope and define project and campaign requirements in partnership with clients to ensure clarity and alignment.Plan and execute the delivery of campaigns, coordinating with the SEO, WebOps and Account Management team on copy and asset.Collaborate with Senior Managers to implement and refine digital strategies that align with business objectives.Collaborate with both internal and external clients to plan and schedule work while effectively resolving bugs and other roadblocks.Build and manage strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leaders, team leads, and middle management.Facilitate discussions with clients to confirm project requirements, scope, and strategies, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Lead training initiatives for team members on platforms and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthQualifications and Experience2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or marketing environmentExperience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essentialeCommerce and Electronics experience is highly regardedDemonstrated understanding of current web technologies and associated issues such as HTMLA solid understanding of web usability and information architecture, including a knowledge of wireframes, mock-ups and prototyping (UI & IA Design)Experience in designing solutions and delivering relevant, accurate digital specifications such as wireframes, site maps and content designPersonal AttributesGood stakeholder/client managementGood interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to think creatively and develop innovative ideasAbility to operate with agile/sprint mindset and practices in collaboration within our digital and project teams using workflow platforms such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong time management with the ability to prioritise and be pro-activeStrong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
