The (Senior) Analyst Regulatory Reporting, Capital & Risk - APS 330 Public Disclosure (Pillar 3) is responsible for preparing, reviewing and lodging the APS 330 Regulatory Reporting requirements of the Group and ensuring that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
In the EFS & Finance function, you’ll be responsible for and make an impact by:
1. Preparing, reviewing, and analysing APS 330 Public Disclosure submission to ensure the production of timely and accurate reports.
2. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual publication of all APS 330 Public Disclosure.
3. Assisting with co-ordination, presentation and liaising of the end-to-end APS 330 Public Disclosure process.
4. Collaborating with and presenting to various other internal stakeholders and executives to ensure all APS 330 Public disclosure obligations are met.
5. Ensuring up to date maintenance of documentation and papers relating to APS 330 Public Disclosure.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, it’s essential to have:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory reporting &/or financial reporting role or a comparable role.
2. Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources to ensure compliance with APS 330 requirements.
3. Strong knowledge of General Ledger structures, source system information and use of Excel and other Microsoft applications, including SQL Server Management Studio & Power BI.
4. Strong knowledge of the new APS 330 Pillar 3 disclosure APRA requirements.
5. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication skills to be able to build and develop relationships with stakeholders.
9. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
10. A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals!
