Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:
* Support a high-performing sales team in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
* Run/oversee weekly team meetings, ensuring compliance and control.
* Manage marketing, advertising, and uploading properties online.
* Process listings and sales, ensuring all paperwork is compliant and aligned with company processes.
* Assist the Sales Support Team Leader.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6-12 months or more years of Real Estate experience in an admin role.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A high attention to detail.
* The ability to work autonomously and multi-task while prioritising tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience working with CRM systems.
* A love of learning and passion for the industry.
