* Fixed Term Full Time (1.0 EFT / 80 Hours) Ending 30 June 2027
* Salary Range: $88k - $106k (Depending on Experience & discipline) + Superannuation

About our team:
The Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICYAMHWS) is friendly to infants, children, young people, and their families/carers. We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends, and support networks. Our service is divided into two streams: 0-11 and 12-26 years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders, and outreach support.

What you’ll be doing
* ICYAMHWS received 3 years of funding for an in-home intensive early engagement and treatment program for eating disorders.
* The program will support young people not responding to community treatment and provide a step-down from acute residential care, including meal coaching and home-based outreach.
* The Clinician will be part of an interdisciplinary team, reporting to the Eating Disorders Team Leader.
* Care will involve the young person, their family, and support networks, combining lived experience and clinical staff.
* The position is funded until June 30, 2027, based in Moorabbin, with potential for extension.
* The role includes working some evening and Saturday shifts, providing meal support, therapeutic care, and coordination with schools/workplaces.
About you
* Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and eligibility for membership with the appropriate professional body as outlined below.
* Experience in working in community mental health especially with young people.
* Experience and knowledge of eating disorders.
* Occupational Therapist: Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia via AHPRA.
* Psychologist: Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. Endorsement as a clinical/clinical neuropsychologist and supervisor registration with AHPRA.
* Social Worker: Approved degree in Social Work. Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications desirable. Experience in dialogical practice.
