Are you being held back by excessive processes, endless hoops to jump through, and constantly chasing your tail with low-level tasks?
Do you believe you have what it takes to take on more responsibilities?
We currently have an exciting opportunity with a close-knit consultancy that offers just that! They value your seniority, industry experience, and valuable contacts. They want you to spend 99% of your time utilizing your skills in the best possible way-and who better to decide how than you yourself!
Our client operates differently from traditional consulting firms. They are a growing engineering consulting group with offices in Sydney and Brisbane and are among the best in the Civil Engineering sector. Historically, they've always outsourced their structural work, but now they want to bring it in-house!
They're looking for a technically strong structural engineer who is ready for the opportunity to lead-to build something from the ground up, put your own stamp on things, and be rewarded professionally and financially for your efforts (with support, of course!).
To begin with, it's a hands-on role, but as the team grows, you will have the chance to grow with it and see how you fit into the broader picture.
The company undertakes a lot of work in the Subdivision and Industrial sectors, so experience with retaining walls, smaller bridges, and larger pits is a huge plus. You must also be chartered.
Culturally, this company is one of our favorites. They've built their business on being experts in their field, with streamlined and efficient processes. In Sydney, the team collaborates seamlessly, and the office environment runs like a well-oiled machine, where Senior Engineers support each other to get projects over the line.
They work hard but also know how to have fun-so work doesn't always feel like work.
