We have an exciting opportunity for internal candidates to express interest in the Assistant Project Officer role in the Policy Review and Implementation team, within the newly established Funding, Policy, and Reform area.
About the team
The Funding, Policy and Reform area is responsible for leading the review of the Disaster Assistant Guidelines (DAG) as well as implementation reforms required to address the findings of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) Review, including leading and communicating change to strengthen funding administration capability for DAG and DRFA measures within the Reconstruction Authority.
About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Project Officer – Policy Review and Implementation to support the delivery and coordination of research, analysis, reporting and administrative activities to support the broader DRFA review work program. This role will assist the team in developing and monitoring project plans, developing communication initiatives and supporting informed decision making and planning across the agreed consultation and decision making forums. You will be required to provide project and operational support, review and analyse key materials, and update and collate documentation and records across the team.
