The Role:As the 2IC, you'll be the driving force behind our store’s operations, sales, and team leadership. You’ll craft an inviting atmosphere where customers feel understood and our products meet their needs. Your days will be dynamic, filled with opportunities to problem-solve, innovate, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets.
This is a full-time position and may require availability over weekends.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and motivate your team to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals.
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.
Engage with the customers and foster relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.
Take charge of the store’s daily opening and closing procedures.
Handle quotes and orders, take calls, and respond to customer inquiries.
Operate an in-house embroidery machine (training provided).

Experience in retail and management.
An effective communicator.
An eye for detail and creating an appealing store environment.
Problem-solving mindset that keeps the store running smoothly.
Experience using a POS and ERP system.
