About the role: Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will be responsible for workflow between JLE stakeholders & clients by assisting Project Managers and Management in day to project requirements, working with the workshop, asset and hire managers to ensure efficient and effective outcomes based around JLE processes. You will be responsible for the general administrative and receptionist duties for the JLE Orange office. Duties will include: General Admin & Receptionist duties Enter employee and subcontractor timesheets, reimbursements and prepare payroll submission Accounts functions including accounts payable and receivable Data entry & document control Maintenance of asset tracking and hire utilisation system Project Support tasks such as, Raise & Receipt PO Resolve Discrepancies in stock and PO’s Project Reporting Sub - Contractor Inductions, insurances, claim approvals Project Onboarding Create and open new Jobs, converting from quotes Liaise with customers to send order confirmations and monthly order updates Building project Information & assistance with tender submissions Preparation of monthly major project claims supporting documentation Organise freight requirements when needed Building completion documentation on projects for submission on handover Skills and experience: Great time management Ability to follow set task Punctual Trustworthy Confidentiality Great communication skills Ability to used initiative & be self-motivated Ability to work under pressure & adherence to planned deadlines Capacity to work independently & also as a team member Great organisational skills Well-developed management skills such as planning, organizing and evaluation desirable Understanding relevant Standards and Codes of practice desirable Contract Training GC 21 AS/4000 Standard Minor works desirable Understanding & Training in WHSE Disciplines desirable A traineeship may be offered for the suitable applicant Benefits and Perks: An opportunity to make an impact with a growing and forward-thinking ASX company.
