Join Sanofi as a Pharmacy Channel Lead in Vaccines, reporting to the Head of Private Sales Vaccines. You’ll support sales distribution and market share growth across Australia’s Pharmacy Channel, executing business strategies and joint marketing plans, building innovative strategies to enhance vaccine distribution and accessibility. This role involves developing strong partnerships, leveraging your strategic management and sales expertise. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide market updates, competitor insights, and accurate forecasting. Main responsibilities:
1. Drive and execute the strategy for vaccines in Pharmacy and support the strategy in Australia
2. Achieve and exceed KPI’s of sales, market share, distribution, volume and profitability of accounts through sales partner’s.
3. Support the management of the profitability of accounts by understanding sales revenue, managing rebates, cooperative funds and ensure return on investment is within agreed business objectives.
4. Partner with marketing to develop joint sales and marketing plans in line with brand and channel strategy.
5. Support the implementation and monitor joint sales and marketing plans to ensure effective execution and alignment of negotiated business objectives.
6. Develop a thorough understanding of accounts including needs, requirements and their strategic plans for growth in the category.
7. Support the building and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with partners to achieve growth of sales, distribution and market share.
8. Execute regular face to face appointments to mutually discuss account sales performance, sales and marketing activity, providing an informative business update including data analysis (IQVIA), category insights and recommendations for sales maximisation.
9. Travel as required to perform your role for account visits, conferences and industry expos.
10. Previous or current experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
11. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine.
12. Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
13. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar or equivalent role within a like business is essential.
14. Have excellent customer relationship management skills.
15. Display an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations of the Key Business Partner.
16. Valid Australian Drivers License.
