Corryong Health is a fully accredited small rural health service located in the far north-eastern corner of Victoria, around 120 kilometres east of Wodonga. Corryong Health provides a range of services including urgent care, acute, residential aged care and home and community-based services.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will provide leadership, direction and coordination to staff within the Hospitality and Maintenance Departments. This position is responsible for managing the areas of buildings and maintenance, environmental services, food and domestic services, telecommunications and IT, procurement and contract management across the Agency.

As the Facilities Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of activities to ensure that all assets and facilities function optimally to support business operations. In this hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all physical buildings, assets and grounds maintenance operations including janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
* Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
* Planning and executing facilities and assets maintenance, modifications, renovations and space planning projects
* Developing and monitoring department budget and assets to control costs
* Leading the facilities management team, providing coaching and development, evaluating performance, and fostering positive employee relations
* Ensuring compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, construction management or related field
* 3+ years experience in facilities and maintenance management with past supervision of maintenance technicians and contractors
* Expertise overseeing building systems including electrical, HVAC, boilers, generators, etc.
* Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship building abilities
* Technical aptitude and working knowledge of building infrastructure and systems
