The Golden City Hotel is one of Ballarat's best known and loved hospitality venues. Housing a cafe, bistro, bar and two function rooms, the Golden City Hotel is iconically located on Ballarat's tree lined main street, and is renowned for offering first class hospitality in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
We are looking to add to our fantastic staff with two positions becoming available as part of our Front of House team.
The position:
* Experienced Front of House all rounders
* Between 15-20 hours per week
* Casual or part time
* Work in the cafe, restaurant, bar and functions
* Range of day, afternoon and evening shifts available across a seven day roster
Applicant requirements
To be considered for one of our Front of House roles, you will need to be able to tick off many of the following skills and attributes:
* Positive, bright and happy disposition
* Cafe or restaurant experience (essential)
* Barista experience
* Bar experience (RSA essential)
* Ability to work as part of a staff team in a fast paced environment
It goes without saying that you will come with high level customer service values, always putting the customer experience as your highest priority.
Availability
* All availabilities will be considered, however preference will be given to applicants who are flexible and able to work a range of different shifts if required.
