**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strategic Marketing Leadership: Drive the strategic direction of Goodstart's marketing efforts and strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market opportunities.
* Brand Development and Management: Enhance brand awareness and reputation, positioning Goodstart as a leader in early childhood education and care by driving initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, relevance, and reputation.
* FAMILY ENROLMENT GROWTH: Increase family enrolments through targeted marketing campaigns, local area marketing support and drive connection to Goodstart.
* Talent Marketing: Strengthen the employer brand and support the recruitment of top talent through innovative talent marketing strategies.
* Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising, to increase visibility and reach. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
* Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
**Requirements:**
* Formal tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business with extensive experience in managing a marketing function.
* Experience working in a large, distributed 'service' industry.
* Customer mindset with strong track record in developing value propositions using market insight and hard metrics with commercial acumen.
* Ability to work collaboratively and rally an organisation behind an idea.
* Strong planning and prioritisation skills with ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders.
