This is a key support role within our sales and leasing department. You will be working alongside a team of negotiators, assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing paperwork and documentation
* Providing sales and leasing administration support to directors and team members
* Preparing sales and lease advice documents
* Coordinating with solicitors for documentation and approvals
* Scheduling and organising auctions
* Arranging property photoshoots
* Preparing marketing campaigns, advertising schedules, and submissions
* Taking minutes during meetings
