The Opportunity
We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician based at our Wacol facility. This role involves conducting reporting of Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) and Condition Monitoring Service (CMS) test results to customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise daily workflow to meet customer delivery expectations for Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) reports by the end of the business day.
* Provide support to Customer Support Groups for KOWA reporting and CMS business product enquiries.
* Support Komatsu and OEM customers upon request to enable clients to manage machine fleet maintenance and operational costs for equipment using CMS and KOWA products.
* Conduct training sessions at the customer's request to maintain sampling disciplines and promote quality of service to users.
* Manage Condition Monitoring Service key account clients as directed by the Senior Condition Monitoring Technician.
* Liaise with the Laboratory staff to maintain laboratory workflow and allow the customer reports to meet delivery schedules.
* Assist Office Administrators to maintain data cleanliness of customer, machine, and oil data records.
* Represent the Company in dispute resolution where KOWA reporting is involved.

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and team skills.
* Sound computer and system skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative.
* Sound product knowledge.
Qualifications
* Trade certificate and post-trade experience.
