In this position, you will serve as the Project Lead, managing the design and construction documentation for various projects the company has taken on. Working within a small team, you'll be involved in all phases of the projects and have the opportunity to lead in key areas. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Collaborate to design education, community and health projects Work on all stages of the projects from conception to completion Conduct site analysis and assessments Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations Lead junior members of the team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 7 years of experience in industry Proficiency in ArchiCAD Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and relationship management Ability to lead a small team BENEFITS.
