Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, and functions.
Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Completing monthly beverage stock take.
Mentoring and managing staff.
About The Restaurant
A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch, and ala carte dinner.
1 main bar open 7 days a week.
