In this key leadership position, you will lead the project and PMO team, driving the planning and execution of large-scale transformation programs and portfolios to deliver impactful solutions and enhanced customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Hold experience in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record in executing complex, strategic, and transformational change Demonstrate the ability to seamlessly move between strategy and execution Have experience working in a large, complex, and commercial environment—ideally within Telco Be skilled in influencing, presenting, and managing relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders Have a strong background in end-to-end technology and infrastructure delivery (e.g., upgrades, decommissioning), as well as enterprise-wide SaaS/ERP/business process change implementation Lead cross-functional/matrix teams and build high-performing delivery teams from initiation Possess extensive experience in vendor management, including time/material and outcome-based arrangements Bring expert knowledge of large-scale program and project management practices, with the ability to apply the right methodologies Demonstrate strong project delivery capabilities, from initiation to post-implementation Excel in managing multiple and continuously shifting priorities Have the ability to constructively challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
