An opportunity now exists for a talented Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Technology team, based in our Perth office.
The Desktop Support Analyst will play a key role in meeting the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requests
* Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software
* Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
* Manage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleet
* Provide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projects
* Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
Requirements:
* Demonstrated desktop support experience ideally gained within a professional services environment
* Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Well organised with ability to prioritise competing tasks
* Displays resilience and positive attitude when faced with times of high pressure
* ITIL Foundation certificate
