About the Opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint a professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team here at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week with some out of hours work required with associated flexibility around this. The position is a fast-paced role with a varied portfolio where no two days are the same!
Minimum Requirements:
* Ideally 5 years' experience or more working as a trusted Executive Assistant, in a hospital or health care setting
* An understanding of the Credentialing and Scope of Clinical Practice process in a public or private hospital setting is desirable
* A genuine passion for what you do - your work will help our diaries to run smoothly
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you can produce multiple reports with speed and accuracy and drafting correspondence
* You have the confidence and skills to build and maintain relationships with people across all different departments within the organisation
* You're truly motivated, self-directed and resilient - your positive attitude and ability to adapt your day to suit multiple competing demands will be vital in this role
* You're a highly skilled administrator with excellent attention to detail
* High degree of initiative and capacity to meet deadlines and commitments whilst always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
* Prioritise tasks, forward plan and utilise time effectively - good time management skills are essential
* Manage multiple complex diaries with competing demands for time
* Experience across a broad range of software such as Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams and a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
