We currently manage over 10 GW of assets and have a growing project pipeline exceeding 20 GW.Innovation, sustainability, and talent – Our success is driven by more than 1,300 talented professionals, and we’re proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work, reinforcing our commitment to their development and well-being.Ready to grow with us?We are expanding and looking for professionals who share our purpose and want to make an impact as a Health & Safety Manager – APAC, joining our Global HSEQ team.Your main responsibilities will include:Implementing and managing occupational health and safety (H&S) systems across all Solarig projects in the APAC region.Ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards (ISO 45001, IFC, etc.).Leading internal and external audits and driving corrective action plans.Training internal staff and subcontractors on preventive culture and safety procedures.Working closely with construction, operation, and maintenance teams to guarantee safe environments.Acting as the main liaison with local authorities and institutions on H&S matters.Reporting key H&S indicators and contributing to the global HSEQ strategy.What we’re looking for:University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar.Master's degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety (H&S).Minimum 5 years’ experience in H&S roles within industrial, renewable energy, construction, or O&M projects.Proven knowledge of H&S regulations in APAC countries (India, Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, etc.).Experience in ISO 45001 implementation and audit processes.Fluent English (C1 level); additional regional languages are a plus.A proactive, autonomous professional with strong cross-cultural communication and decision-making skills.What we offer:A high-impact, global professional opportunity in a leading energy company.Regional responsibilities with strong autonomy.Ongoing training and clear development opportunities.A dynamic, multicultural, and purpose-driven work environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity within our company.
